This was my first Nibblr box. I’m debating on getting another one or not. There were two things in this one that I couldn’t eat. Although that is my fault for missing marking a few things No Thanks. I’ve marked a lot of things No Thanks, though. Which makes me think maybe I should just cancel my subscription. Anyway,
In this box I got Stuck on Flax, Take Me Out To The Ball Game, Sassy Chicks and My Ipanema Love.
My Ipanema Love is a combination of banana chips, currants and brazil nuts. Its not bad but I honestly can’t tell the difference between the taste of it and normal trail mix.
Sassy Chicks are chili lime flavored chick peas. I can’t really taste the lime. They’re more just spicy chick peas but they’re pretty good. It has just the right amount of spice, to so hot that it kills the taste but enough that your mouth burns just a little.
Stuck On Flax is pretzel balls dipped in honey and coated in flax seeds. I can’t eat these so they’ll go in my boyfriend’s lunch.
Take Me Out to the Ballgame is flax sea salt pretzel balls, Spanish peanuts and sunflower kernels. I can’t eat the pretzel balls. So, this will also go in my boyfriends lunch.
I don’t love that they included two things containing pretzel balls. Even if I could eat them I would prefer a better variety. I mean of all the things they offer there is no need to include two similar items.
I’m not sure this is worth $6.99. Its a cute idea. I can see it being great for keeping snacks in my purse. Which I always need to do when I go out places because I can’t always eat things that are available. I like the idea of getting new little snacks but I’m just not sure its worth the cost. I think I’ll get one more though. $6.99 a month isn’t bad and I’d really like to try out more of their snacks.
Nibblr cost $6.99 per box. You can choose how often the boxes are shipped to you. As often as once a week or as seldom as a once a month. You can check it out here.
