These are ready made cookies that you just bake. The dough is raw and refrigerated. It’s already portioned out into 12 cookies. You just break them apart and bake them in the oven at 325 degrees.
It takes about 18 minutes for them to cook. When done and cooled they’re slightly crisp on the edges and soft and chewy in the middle.
They did stick to the pan a bit but not badly enough to mess up the cookies. They just had to be removed from the cookie sheet carefully.
These aren’t just the best gluten free cookies I’ve ever had. They are the best pre-made cookies I have ever had period. They taste like homemade chocolate chip cookies. I ate them all myself in 2 days.
I intend to stock up the next time I go grocery shopping. I need to always have these cookies on hand. Always. They weren’t really any more expensive than most refrigerated cookie dough and they were definitely worth it.
They’re are deliciously awesome.
