La Papeirre August Subscription
La Papeirre is a monthly statioery subscription. It costs $10 and you get 6 designs of stationery, 4 sheets each. This is the cheapest subscription. You can sign up for more expensive packages and get more sheets of each design but all packages get 6 designs.
The stationary is always a mix of lined and unlined. This month most of it is lined but some months that isn’t the case.
Make A Wish
Lined stationary with blue borders with stars and the words “Make A Wish” was the first I saw of this month’s stationary. It was one of the two designs facing outward inside the packet.
The writing space is limited since it has a large top border. It would still be great for those that don’t need a TON of space or that don’t mind (or even prefer) using multiple sheets.
I really liked this one.
Lined stationary that is two different shades of orange with monsters (that may be friendly zombies or may just be random green monsters).
This is my favorite of the month. It’s cute and fun and lined with lots of writing space.
White, lined, stationary with gnomes in the bottom left and top right corners.
It’s a simple, cute stationary. I’ll use it. It isn’t my favorite but it isn’t one I want to trade or use for something I don’t care about.
Gnomes are cute.
The only unlined design this month. It’s blue with clouds and balloons in both top corners and the bottom right corner.
This is my least favorite of this month. I’m just not a fan of unlined stationary. It’s a pretty design, though.
Cassette Tapes and Boombox
White lined stationary with crisscross pattern in the background and a line of cassette tapes across the top. One each in red, yellow, green and blue. Then a multicolored boombox in the bottom right corner.
Very cut design with an 80’s vibe to it. The crosscross pattern in the background makes my eyes hurt a little but for the most part it’s a cute design that I’ll enjoy using.
Cupcakes and Pink Lemonade
Pink paper with a wallpaper looking design in the background. Top right corner has two cupcakes, one with blue icing and one with yellow icing and a lime slice in front of them. Bottom left corner has a pink lemonade looking drink with a lemon slice and blueberries in it and a striped straw.
Super cute, summery design. I’ll enjoy using this one. Nice muted color without an overpowering or distracting background pattern long with cute designs that bring to mind summer afternoon birthday parties in the shade.
It was a good month for the stationery subscription. I liked all of the designs this month except one and even that one I will probably use.

Also from the same people as the stationery subscription is the League of Extraordinary Penpals. A great way to find new penpals and use your new stationery (or if you’re like me, a way to use up your stockpile of postcards). If you’d like to join the LEP it’s $6 a month (which gives you access to the penpal database and all the Facebook groups as well as the monthly newsletter + if you join the LEP Squad you also get a second newsletter every week) and you can join here: http://www.extraordinarypenpals.com
