I’ve had good luck so far with all of the Dr. Lucy cookie flavor I have tried.
These cookies are free of gluten, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. They do contain soy and oats, though. They also contain sorghum, which I usually can’t tolerate but I haven’t had any issues with these cookies or any of the Lucy’s cookies I have tried. Here are the ingredients to start with. If you have food intolerances or allergies I know you have to check ingredients before getting your hopes up about anything.
These lemon cookies are really good. They have lemony bits in them and a slightly sweet flavor that isn’t over powering. They don’t suffer from sugar overload like so many gluten free sweets do.
They’re a very crunchy cookie but not dense, dry or chalky or bland at like like a lot of GF products. The flavor is subtle, not overpowering but if you like lemon cookies at all you should like these.
I bought these off of Amazon and paid around $7 for them. Which is a lot for a small box of cookies but I imagine they’re a little cheaper in stores.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone that likes crunchy lemon cookies. 🙂
*Some of these photos aren’t mine. I never remember lately to get photos of food. I will try to edit and add photos of the actual cookies after I order more.*
