I gave these away before taking photos. So, please excuse the images swiped from Google.
I am not the biggest fan of any Enjoy Life product I have tried honestly. They are not a gluten free brand I like BUT that is due to my own tastes. I don’t actually think these cookies have any inherent flaws if you are aware of what you’re getting and like the ingredients.
My issue is the date paste. I can taste dates when they’re used in something and I am not fond of the taste of dates. I especially am not fond of the taste of dates in cookies. Dates and brown rice syrup are two things that pretty much ruin a food item for me.
Other than the taste of dates these brownies have a soft cake like texture and are very moist. So, many people I’m sure would enjoy them. Just not myself or my husband.
I didn’t buy these. They were given to me but they seem to be available on Amazon as well as Thrive Market. I’ve also seen them in many stores. Thrive Market has the cheapest price that I have seen.
If you’d like to sign up for a free trial of Thrive Market you can do so here: http://thrv.me/AdC1UW
You get a free trial membership and 15% off your first purchase (I think or maybe it’s 15% off your membership? If anyone uses the link let me know please what deal you receive). They also regularly offer free items with purchase. I love Thrive and can’t recommend it enough for anyone that regularly buys speciality products.
If you’re not into getting a Thrive membership though as I said Enjoy Life cookies are also on Amazon and in stores. As are Lucy’s Gluten Free cookies which I found to be way better.
