This is the third of the Lotus Foods Ramens that I have tried. It is my favorite by far.
The noodles taste the closest to normal Top Ramen noodles and so do the seasonings. If you don’t like Top Ramen you may still like this though. It isn’t identical.
I added gluten free soy sauce to mine to amp up the flavor a little bit and that made it even better.
The noodles look greenish at first but after cooking they turn a beige normal noodle color.
I purchased these from Thrive Market for $1.55 for a single serving package. They’re light and easy to pack for trips. They do require cooking on the stove. So, only pack them if you’ll have a stove at your destination.
If you’d like to purchase them fromThrive Market you can sign up for a free trial at this link: http://thrv.me/AdC1UW
If you don’t want to sign up for Thrive you can find Lotus Food products at stores that sell natural food products.
I can’t recommend Thrive Market enough though. They’re awesome. I save a ton of money using them. It’s the best membership I have ever purchased (and I did purchase it – I haven’t received anything to advertise them).
