I was beyond skeptical about this product. I was convinced it was BS and couldn’t possibly work.
Now, I still honestly can’t tell you if it REALLY works. I can tell you that logically it shouldn’t. Nothing in it has any medical reason to help anxiety. The only ingredient that has a logical reason to help is the kind of high alcohol content.
That said, it does seem to help. It’s probably psychosomatic. I’m sure it’s a placebo effect. I wanted it to work and needed it to work so it works. It doesn’t magically erase my anxiety but it helps me feel more focused and less like everything is spinning away around me.
The taste is….not the best. It reminds me of a strong mead. Which is to say it tastes like alcohol and flowers. I’m not a fan of the taste. The taste may also be why it works for me. That horrid taste focuses my mind.
But if you don’t mind the taste and you truly need something to help with anxiety it is definitely worth a shot. Unless you’re determined for it to not work it probably will at least help a little.
I bought mine from Thrive Market for $14. And no it isn’t really worth that but it’s also not cheaper anywhere else that I have seen.
You can sign up for a Thrive membership at this link: http://thrv.me/AdC1UW You get a free month trial and then if you don’t cancel you’ll be charged for a yearly membership. So, if you just want to order what you can in a month then don’t forget to cancel.
If you do purchase a membership then I’ll get some store credit for you using my link and they’ll also donate a membership to a low income family. So, it’s helping out me and a family who is in need.
