I ended up unable to eat most of the Non-Dairy Ben&Jerry flavors. They weren’t all gluten free and then I started having reactions to bananas ruling out Chunky Monkey.
It’s almond milk based and does contain soy, corn syrup and lemon juice, all of which make it a no go for my daughter, but I haven’t had any reactions to it (soy can be iffy for me but seems to vary – small amounts like this so far seem to be okay).
Overall I would recommend this if you can’t have dairy and are craving ice cream. If you’re craving actual cherry Garcia it might satisfy you but it might not. There IS still a noticeable taste difference but it’s pretty close. Especially if you can’t have the real thing.
You can buy this at most grocery stores I think. I bought mine at Target.
