Hmm. Well, this order was complicated. My yearly fee was coming up and I was going to have to take a few break before renewing my membership. So I made a huge order to cover the essentials until the I could renew it.
Then over half my order got damaged in shipment and because my membership had ended they insisted that the computer system wouldn’t let them resend the order without charging me the membership fee. They refunded my money for the items that didn’t make it to me but it isn’t enough to last until I can renew my memberships. So, I was essentially punished for UPS f**king up. Which they do a lot. This wasn’t the first issue I had with UPS here. I’m very very hesitate to renew my membership with Thrive Market as long as they use UPS here. I haven’t decided for sure, though. I do love most things about Thrive.
Anyway, here are the items I did receive.
